The management association of condominiums generally meets once or twice a month (board meeting) and once or twice a year (general meeting) as an average. There are many people who feel that communication with condominium residents is troublesome, but the management work is one of the indispensable parts of living in a condominium. There are some districts, towns, and villages that promote compact cities in each condominium building by regularly managing the building for the future, checking evacuation routes and communication networks in case of disasters, and so on. There seems to be a need to reconsider the fact that the management ability of the condominium management association itself is the driving force for obtaining a comfortable and cozy environment to live in. It seems that extending the life of the building and making the residence a safe and secure area is incidental to the way the management association of the condominium is organized.
