ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation that will include your order number and shipping method. Please be sure that your shipping address is correct. We are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 7 days to be processed and shipped, although most are shipped within 2-3 business days. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-ordered or backordered items).
WHERE WE SHIP
We offer domestic shipping to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states, plus Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories with a US zip code. We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are planning for this option in the future. Thanks for your patience while we research ways to ensure the same quality delivery for international orders as we provide for US orders.
We try our best to ship orders within 2-3 days of receipt from our Los Angeles warehouse location (excluding weekends and holidays). Your order will be shipped pending item availability and order volume. We ship via USPS and/or UPS and all rates are calculated at checkout, so please enter your shipping address to determine shipping cost. All orders placed with expedited shipping will be an additional $20 flat fee.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING/SPECIAL REQUESTS
All orders placed with expedited shipping will be prioritized and sent out same day if the order is received before noon (12pm) PST. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. For Los Angeles customers who would like same-day messenger services, please contact us at email@example.com or call and we can try to make accommodations to get your items to you same day, if they are ordered before 10am PST.
PO BOXES & APO BOXES
We do not ship to PO or APO Boxes at this time. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. If an item is not available for immediate shipment, you will see a future shipping date (example: estimated ship date October 15) in bold in the product description. We will notify you directly in the event that a product's availability date changes.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of order date. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging.
Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
To return an item follow the directions below:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line RETURNS
2. Please include in your email your invoice #, date of purchase, and reason for the return

We will notify you of receipt of the return item, and, if it is in acceptable condition, a credit will be issued.

Any item returned after 30 days from order date is not eligible for refund.
We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. To replicate an exchange, return the original item using the instructions above, and then go to hamabla.com/shop to purchase the correct item in a new order.
RECEIVING A REFUND
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less a $10 re-stocking fee, plus taxes, if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
